‘Peaky Blinders’ themed ball to raise thousands for north-east charity

April 11th, 2018

Learning Curve Group employees have chosen Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice as their charity of the year for 2018.

Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice provides palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth to five years suffering from life-limiting conditions, as well as giving support to the families. The hospice relies almost entirely on public donations to help fund its £1.4m annual running costs.

LCG is looking to raise over £10,000 throughout 2018, with planned fundraisers including a football match, the Great North Run, sponsored events and our annual charity ball.

This year’s Peaky Blinders themed ball, sponsored by NCFE and Scholars School System, is taking place Saturday 10th November at Hardwick Hall Hotel, Sedgefield. Tickets are priced at £70 each which includes drinks reception, 3 course meal and entertainment throughout the night such as live music and horse racing.
