Introduction

Winn Solicitors have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join their company, to assist in the administration and compliance processes required to ensure the correct closure of a completed case file within the Winn Group.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • To identify and resolve client account ledger balances in accordance with the SRA Accounts rules
  • To ensure completed case files are closed correctly in line with Group procedures
  • Identify, submit and process write off requests when required
  • Identify, calculate and return genuine overpayments to third parties
  • Cash collection of funds post settlement from Third Party Insurers
  • Follow the Department procedures and processes along with Company policies at all time
  • Assist other team members in achieving their Key Responsibilities; and
  • Report issues, problems and compliance breaches in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management
  • Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies including data confidentiality and the operational security of the Information Systems used
  • To ensure you uphold the Core Values of the Winn Group
  • Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriate by the Management Team for this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it

  • Cleared ledger balance targets
  • File closure targets
  • Minimising write offs and balances
  • Case durations
  • No instances of policy and procedure breaches
  • Completion of the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
