Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and transferring when necessary
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents
  • Interact with Sales Team/ Managers and carry out their requests
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and despatch sales tickets
  • Manage outgoing post
  • Photocopy/ scan and file relevant paperwork
  • General admin duties
