Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to ensure all HR administration is managed consistently in line with company process, policy, and good practice, taking into account legislative compliance. 

Main Duties:

  • To deliver a seamless and professional HR administration service to the business working closely with other HR team members and management. Administration of recruitment and induction processes.
  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment.
  • Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date and accurate. Assist in the recruitment process.
