Direct Line Supplies are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin Apprentice to join their growing company. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career within the customer service / administration industry.

Key Responsibilities

Duties to include:

  • To play a key role in the telesales team
  • Support your team / colleagues
  • Support in existing balance queries
  • Take orders by phone
  • Translate the needs of our customers into working procedures and sales opportunities
  • Process orders
  • Invoice the customer
  • Serve the customer face to face
  • Cash handling
  • Documentation handling
  • Provide a high level of customer support and satisfaction
  • Providing the customer with the promotional offers and information
  • Liaise with all other depts
  • Maintain and update customer data in Sage
  • Carry out reasonable requests as required
  • Retain information and confidentiality

Essential Criteria

Preferably grades A-C (7-4) in maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
