Paul Airey Estate Agents was established in 2002 and offers a wide range of property services including the sale and letting of residential and commercial property together with providing a range of RICS professional services. They are looking to appoint for a Junior Estate Agent Apprentice to work in an extremely busy Estate Agency & Chartered Surveyors office We require a motivated person with the drive to study for a Diploma in Estate Agency & then progress onto an RICS qualification. Ideally, we are looking for an individual with an interest in property, marketing , photography & social media. This is a long term career opportunity with Directorship opportunity for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve assisting the Surveyors & Valuers in property inspections, gathering data, sales negotiation, social media marketing & general office duties.

This is an exciting and multifaceted role with duties including but not limited to:

· Efficiently dealing with inquiries and bookings

· Timely correspondence via email and mail to existing and potential customers

· Arranging appointments and viewings
