Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Provisioning customers and setting up their hosted platform
  • Completing amendments on request
  • Placing orders for WLR and various broadband services
  • Taking customer calls
  • Supporting customers with issues/faults
  • Assist with porting numbers
The Person:
  • Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • ICT skills
  • Knowledge of VOIP (preferable)
  • Able to work both in a team and independently
  • Eager to learn
  • Ambitious

Essential Criteria

3 GCSE's or equivalent- grades A*-C/9-4
