Key Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Provisioning customers and setting up their hosted platform
- Completing amendments on request
- Placing orders for WLR and various broadband services
- Taking customer calls
- Supporting customers with issues/faults
- Assist with porting numbers
- Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- ICT skills
- Knowledge of VOIP (preferable)
- Able to work both in a team and independently
- Eager to learn
- Ambitious
Essential Criteria
3 GCSE's or equivalent- grades A*-C/9-4
