Introduction

Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Preparing and cooking high quality, freshly prepared and well presented food as per the menu
  • Assist with day to day washing up / cleaning
  • Controlling gross profit by ensuring good portion control and minimising waste
  • Assisting in implementation and effective discharge of all relevant statutory requirements including health and safety, food safety and fire safety
  • Exceeding customer expectations
  • Assisting with completion and collation of all necessary paperwork
  • Assisting with effective stock management and maintaining appropriate stock levels

Essential Criteria

Food and hygiene certificate (preferable) Food tech GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferable)
