Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • To be a point of contact for clients
  • Through a professional, responsive, and caring approach, build trust with clients
  • To communicate with clients across many channel (i.e. emails, written correspondence and telephone calls)
  • To obtain an understanding of regulatory requirements within the care sector
  • To record and report on client feedback
  • To prepare and schedule staff rotas
  • To undertake administrative tasks relevant to the role
  • Other duties commensurate with the role
