Essential Criteria
  • It is essential you have:
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and remote
  • Excellent IT skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration as a minimum 
  • Ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team
  • Must have excellent organisational skills
  • Good time management skills

 Key Responsibilities and Duties 
v    To be responsible for Data input of student data onto MIS system and update as required
v    To monitor and track attendance on a weekly basis across the centres
v    To monitor and identify at risk learners to the centre team 
v    Liaise with funding providers regarding student attendance and bursary issues 
v    Establish and coordinate student’s personal files in centre and ensure audit compliance
v    To be responsible for the running of reception/front office and greet visitors 
v    To attend all team meetings and take minutes accordingly 
v    Coordinate the administration of the centre’s students’ disciplinary processes
v    To provide administration support to centre manager and delivery staff within Skills Centre
v    To prepare weekly stats for Centre managers NE Centres report
v    Assist in the promotion and scheduling of recruitment and interview activities 
v    Deal with learner enquiries in a timely manner
v    Prepare for open events and taster sessions
v    Administrations of full cost and bespoke training 
v    Arrange student transport as required
v    Liaise with parents regarding learner matters as required
v    Liaise with college staff re learner paperwork 
v    Facilitating Petty Cash
v    Arranging purchase orders and ordering resources for the skill centres 
v    General administration and housekeeping duties 
v    Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours
