Introduction

The Role This role requires you to provide administration and support services. This role requires an experienced administrator to support our pre uniform service and fitness academies in Leeds and Bradford. Our academies provide our learners with quality teaching and learning whilst giving them a taster of what it will be like upon receiving their qualification and joining the military or pre uniformed services. Although you will be based in Leeds, you will be required to provide support services for both academies with the requirement to travel to Bradford Academy once or twice a week.

Key Responsibilities

It is essential you have:
  1. Excellent communication skills both face to face and remote
  2. Excellent IT skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  3. NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration as a minimum  
  4. Ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team
  5. Must have excellent organisational skills
  6. Good time management skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  1. To be responsible for Data input of student data onto MIS system and update as required
  2. To monitor and track attendance on a weekly basis across the Wakefield and Sheffield academies
  3. To monitor and identify at risk learners to the team.
  4. Liaise with funding providers regarding student attendance and bursary issues.
  5. Establish and coordinate student’s personal files in centre and ensure audit compliance.
  6. To be responsible for the running of reception/front office and greet visitors
  7. To attend all team meetings and take minutes accordingly
  8. Coordinate the administration of the academy students’ disciplinary processes.
  9. To provide administration support to delivery manager and delivery staff within Skills Centre
  10. To prepare weekly stats for Regional Manager reports
  11. Assist in the promotion and scheduling of recruitment and interview activities.
  12. Deal with learner enquiries in a timely manner
  13. Prepare for open events and taster sessions
  14. Administrations of full cost and bespoke training
  15. Arrange student transport as required
  16. Liaise with parents regarding learner matters as required
  17. Liaise with college staff re learner paperwork
  18. Facilitating Petty Cash, reports and returns
  19. Arranging purchase orders and ordering resources for the skill centres
  20. General administration and housekeeping duties
  21. Conduct your role in line with the company values and expected behaviours

Essential Criteria
