As the CRM Implementation Analyst you will be responsible for the implementation of the new CRM system within Learning Curve Group. This will include agreeing the processes which the business will use as well as the development of the appropriate aspects of the new CRM including screens, roles etc. The role will also look at the quality of data being used in the system to ensure that the system will operate correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop full journey mapping of our end-to-end processes within all teams
  • Looking at business rules in relation to Zoho CRM functionality
  • Lead onboarding of new CRM platform across the business including training and engagement
  • Optimise and increase the integrity of data captured to be used by internal teams including deduplication and data cleansing where required
  • Help guide segmentation, targeting and lead generation support strategies
  • Develop and deliver innovative CRM solutions using embedded current processes 
  • Support teams initially with data usage and marketing strategy
  • Creation and management of key reports and client specific requirements
  • Working with internal teams and leaders to maximise effective usage
  • Defining the user roles and access model for the new CRM
  • Identifying any gaps in functionality
  • Define the touchpoints and handovers between teams
Essential Criteria
  • Business Process Mapping experience
  • Experience of implementing package systems (Preferably Zoho CRM)
