Key Responsibilities

This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person, undertaking recruitment activities on behalf of new and existing clients of varying sizes. When recruiting for employers you will complete effective pre-screening of candidates and will support the selection processes and the successful transition of learners into apprenticeships with our clients. In addition, the role will also require you to engage with new clients to promote the value of apprentices in the workplace.

  • Following up on enquiries from marketing
  • Proactively look for new apprenticeship opportunities, this will include cold calling. 
  • Promoting all available products via telephone and email to all prospects
  • Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
  • Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate
  • Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations
  • Effective pre-screening of candidates utilising technology such as Skype, Teams, Zoom etc. as well as face to face
  • Interviewing potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice and guidance along with keeping records of all the above activities
  • Fulfil recruitment needs within agreed timescales
  • Ensure recruitment trackers are accurate and submitted as per agreed deadlines
  • To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
  • Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
  • Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
  • Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours

  • In this role you are also eligible for bonus- Basic salary of £20,600.00 OTE of £25,000.00 (uncapped bonus scheme)
