Key Responsibilities
DUTIES
- Engage and performance manage external learner finds agents to generate quality learners through good quality information, advice and guidance
- Set performance profiles for main partners
- Establish service level agreements
- Responsibility for MI management including processes and reporting
- Onboarding of new external learner find partners
- Review of partner performance and pipeline
- Undertake bi-weekly or monthly calls with leading partners
- Effectively manage and distribute data to external partners
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as requested
- Create, develop and maintain robust procedures, which meet internal and external requirement
- Participation in bi weekly internal contract calls to understand funding availability in contract areas
- Responsibility for calculation of and ensuring prompt payment of providers
- Understand and explain funding devolution to new partners

- 2 years team leading/ supervisory experience
- Sales and/or supplier management experience
- Professionalism
- Ability to work with KPI’s
- Patient, organised and the ability to think outside of the box
