Introduction
As an MIS Administration this role requires you to provide effective administrative support to the data processing of the Employability provision which include AEB, Traineeships, 16-18 Study programmes and ESF NEET . You will undertake learner eligibility and audit checks prior to processing enrolments onto the MIS system. You will register learners with Awarding Organisations, collate and check attendance records and process leavers in accordance with funding requirements.

DUTIES
As an MIS Administration this role requires you to provide effective administrative support to the data processing of the Employability provision which include AEB, Traineeships, 16-18 Study programmes and ESF NEET. You will undertake learner eligibility and audit checks prior to processing enrolments onto the MIS system. You will register learners with Awarding Organisations, collate and check attendance records and process leavers in accordance with funding requirements.
- Ensure enrolment paperwork meets the paperwork standards as set out in the scoping document
- Check learner enrolment paperwork has been completed accurately ensuring all audit requirements and timescales have been met
- Register learners with Awarding Organisations timely and accurately
- Process in learning and leaver evidence timely ensuring all audit requirements are met
- Make decisions regarding eligibility ensuring compliance with funding rules and regulations
- Follow processes put in place to ensure the data entry input process is standardised across the team
- Accurate data input onto ProSolution to meet daily targets
- Respond to queries from funding partners accurately and timely
- Support other members of the team to ensure learner queries are addressed timely
- Issue Pathways Tutors with sample paperwork and course codes for each college and ensure they have a full understanding of the paperwork requirements
- Support the Employability Division and other members of the team with residency and eligibility queries
- Maintain an up to date knowledge on funding requirements for AEB, Traineeships and 16-18 Study programme
- Mark English and maths initial assessments as required
- Correspond accurately and timely with learners and tutors
- Correspond in a professional manner with any customer including inductors and
- Generate reports as requested
- Attend, organise and prepare documentation, agendas and minutes for meetings

- Level 3 Business Administration Minimum
- MS Excel competent (experience using formulas in excel)
- English, Maths & IT GCSE Minimum

- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Comfortable with lone working.
- Ability to work under pressure.
