Introduction

This role requires you to work accurately and efficiently to support the Contracts Coordinator in the achievement of contract funding values and distribution of all college enrolment forms based on complex college restrictions. The role requires you to prepare the appropriate enrolment evidence for external partners upon their request. You will be required to follow processes for each partner in a timely and efficient manner. You will be required to track and monitor the collection of this evidence and chase any outstanding evidence. You are required to work flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities



DUTIES                                                                                                                                            
Carry out administrative tasks across the evidence team in MIS Reporting Services to support the existing structure including:
  • Timely completion of additional evidence as required by our external partners
  • Ensure tracking systems are maintained accurately to track enrolment evidence
  • Generate reports as requested
  • Liaise with the Contracts Coordinator with regards to specific contract delivery
  • Allocate employability inductions timely based on current direct and subcontracts
  • Respond and deal with queries timely from customers
  • Effective use of systems and software, including but not limited to Scanfiler, ProSolution and Adobe Acrobat – training to be supplied
  • Assist with administration tasks for the wider team
  • Any other administrative tasks commensurate with the role and grade

  • Competent using MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Effective problem-solving skills and communicating with people at all levels both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, in a demanding fast paced environment
  • Able to switch focus onto different tasks
  • Work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
