Learning Curve Group are a national training provider giving learners access to life changing education. We are looking for a PA who will provide an exceptional support service to the Chief Executive Officer and board.

Key Responsibilities

This busy role will see you working from our amazing Head Office space in Durhamgate, taking accountability for some business-critical tasks as well as making informed decisions without the need for direction. This is predominately a Monday - Friday role, working 9 - 5 however you must have a degree of flexiblity to accompany the the CEO to meetings / events where required.

Key Resonsibilties 
  • Effectively manage and maintain the forward planning of the CEOs' diary ensuring to free up critical time for the CEO to focus on strategic objectives and leading the business 

  • Preparing papers and briefing notes for CEO in advance of meetings  

  • Take ownership of all travel arrangements for the CEO and Board 

  • Management of the Board meetings including drafting agenda’s, creating diary invites and issuing of meeting papers  

  • Collate and produce monthly Board and Executive packs to a high standard 

  • Oversee Board hospitality requirements as and when required  

  • Drafting correspondence, communications, presentations and reports on behalf of the Board 

  • Coordinate VIP visits to Head Office, being the first point of contact on the day of the visit 

  • Accurate and timely completion of all related administrative tasks including taking minutes, typing up reports and electronic filing 

  • Liaise with marketing regarding special projects such as organising Company events 

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them appropriately on behalf of CEO 

  • Dealing with incoming emails and corresponding when required to do so on behalf of CEO  

  • Accompany CEO To events/meetings as and when required 

  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values 

  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount  

  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy  

  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy

  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all time 


Essential Criteria
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) 
  • Experience of diary management 
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • High level skill with Microsoft office specifically PowerPoint, Excel and word 
  • Solutions focussed 
  • Ability to use initiative 
  • Discuss matters with key stakeholders 
  • Personable 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
