The Recruitment Partner will play a critical role in placing our Skills Bootcamps learners into Construction job vacancies that have been identified with our employer partners. You will work very closely alongside the Engagement Managers and liaise with Tutors to support learners with an effective transition into a construction role. Based at home this role will support activity across our 5 contracted Regions.

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience managing 360 recruitment process 
  • Experience in a commercial environment 
  • Experience with cold calling and working in a sales environment 
 Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Developing relationships with Construction Employers identifying suitable vacancies
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment processes creating a framework for future recruitment activity
  • Use a wide range of sourcing techniques focussing on a strategy to attract Bootcamp learners into the right role
  • Effectively screen candidates to ensure they are a right fit for the company
  • Organise and lead on recruitment events including assessment days
  • Arrange and attend interviews where appropriate providing support to the hiring managers
  • Advise and update job descriptions where appropriate
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy
