Learning Curve Group are working with one of the worlds fasted growing online retailers, The Hut Group, and are looking for a Recruitment Partner to work on site to source apprentices a range of roles.

Key Responsibilities

The Recruitment Partner will play a critical role in developing stringent apprenticeship recruitment processes working with one of our key clients. Based on site at the client’s head office, you will be an ambassador for LCG whilst working collaboratively ensuring we successfully find the right apprentice for the right role, at the right time. This is a temporary role for 6 months with the potential for a permanent role if the growth with THG continues.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Developing relationships with LCG’s key stakeholders through collaborative ways of working
  • Develop and implement robust recruitment processes creating a framework for future recruitment activity
  • Use a wide range of sourcing techniques focussing on a strong digital recruitment strategy to attract apprentices into the right role
  • Network with external stakeholders including local schools and colleges to attract suitable applicants
  • Effectively screen candidates to ensure they are a right fit for the company
  • Organise and lead on recruitment events including assessment days
  • Arrange and attend interviews where appropriate providing support to the hiring managers
  • Advise and update job descriptions where appropriate
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy

As an essential car user, you must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.

Essential Criteria
  • Maths and English at Level 2 or be working towards
  • Previous experience in a recruitment role
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience in a commercial environment
  • High level initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
