The Reporting Services Coordinator will support the Reporting & Systems Manager with the preparation of scheduled and ad hoc reports. They will coordinate the day-to-day function of the Reporting Services Team.

Key Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for a MIS Reporting Services Coordinator to join our MIS Reporting Services Team.  The Reporting Services Team are responsible for several key functions within the Learning Curve Group, including the maintenance of our MIS software ProSolution, data reconciliations, and producing scheduled and ad hoc reports to operational departments and senior management.

Key Responsibilties
  • Monitor the Reporting Services inbox and ensure tasks are allocated and completed timely
  • Provide daily performance reports to the Reporting and Systems Manager
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports to aid operational performance
  • Undertake monthly one to ones with members of the Reporting Services Team
  • Oversee the daily update of our e-learning platform with tutor details
  • Support with the completion of data reconciliations at peak times
  • Support with the setup of courses in ProSolution at peak times
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments on data requirements

Essential Criteria
  • Excellent IT skills including full knowledge of all Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work unsupervised and work well as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the ESFA Funding rules
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A responsible and adaptable attitude with strong interpersonal skills and the aptitude to motivate staff
  • Effective problem-solving skills and communicating with people at all levels both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, in a demanding fast paced environment
  • Desired but not essential knowledge and experience of ProSolution
