Introduction

This role requires you to work with the MIS Reporting and Systems team and provide technical support to the MIS Reporting and Systems Manager across the range of services provided by the team. This is an exciting and challenging role that will allow the holder to develop key business reporting and support strategies and skills within a busy MIS environment.

This role requires you to work with the MIS Reporting and Systems team and provide technical support to the MIS Reporting and Systems Manager across the range of services provided by the team. You’ll need these essential skills and qualities:
  1. Competent using MS Office (particularly Excel and Access)
  2. Able to switch focus onto different tasks
  3. Able to use formula to manipulate data
  4. Work as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  5. Competent using ProSolution
It is essential that you have:
An interest in working in a challenging environment, working to tight deadlines, you should be technically minded and have an interest in developing your data handing skills using industry standard MIS and Microsoft Applications to support the MIS Reporting and Systems Manager in delivering timey reports and central systems support company wide.


Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Carry out administrative tasks across the MIS Reporting Services Team to support the existing structure including:
  • Reconciliations of College ILR data with company data
  • MLC daily tasks
  • Closure Reporting
  • Withdrawal/Non starts processing and Invoicing
  • Pro Solution administration;
    • Timetabling and registers
    • System maintenance
    • Provide support to ProSolution Users
    • Setting up curriculum
  • Contribute to the Reports schedule output for the area
  • Assist with administration tasks for the wider team
  • Any other administrative tasks commensurate with the role and grade.
