Learners will develop a basic understanding of Business Admin within the workplace and the requirements when looking at travel and meetings including diary management. The importance of effective communication will be covered. When it comes to the Logistics industry relevant aspect of the Skills Bootcamp learners will learn how to be best prepared for dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries. Including the Health and Safety procedures which come along with it.

- Aged 19 or over at the start of your course
- Lived in the UK for at least 3 Years
- Have a National Insurance Number
- Based in the West Midlands
