Course overview

This Skills Bootcamp in Health & Social Care has been developed to ensure learners understand what ‘Duty of Care’ is in practice. Learners will also understand the health and safety responsibilities of self, employer and workers. Whilst on the programme learners will discover techniques to use and promote with others where relevant, a person-centred approach to delivering care. Recognise and learn how to prevent unsafe practices in the workplace. Communication is a big part of any role and so learners will cover how to communicate clearly both verbally and non-verbally to help maximise the quality of interaction.

  • Supporting Individuals to Remain Safe from Harm (Duty of Care & Safeguarding)

Eligibility

  • Aged 19 or over at the start of your course
  • Lived in the UK for at least 3 Years
  • Have a National Insurance Number
