In his current role at Learning Curve Group, Andy spearheads business development initiatives, leveraging his extensive background to drive growth and forge strategic partnerships. Since joining in June 2024, he has been instrumental in expanding the company's reach and enhancing its service offerings. Andy utilises his strategic insight and deep industry knowledge to identify new opportunities and build robust client relationships.

Before his tenure at Learning Curve Group, Andy served as a Business Development Manager at TRS Training Ltd. In this hybrid role based in St. Helens, England, he successfully managed and developed business opportunities within the training sector, showcasing his ability to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments.

His earlier career includes significant experience as an LGV Driver and Driver Trainer at Marston's PLC. Based in Burton upon Trent, England, Andy was responsible for training new drivers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and improving operational efficiency.

Before this, Andy worked as a Logistics and Passenger Transport Work-Based Trainer and Assessor at New College Nottingham. Starting his career as an LGV Driver at A S Taylor, Andy gained practical experience in the logistics field. This hands-on experience has been invaluable in his subsequent roles, providing him with a deep understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
