Course Overview

Complete the Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to the Role of the Professional Taxi and Private Hire Driver, alternatively known as Taxi VRQ or BTEC.

It is vital that every driver is punctual, and reliable, and offers good customer service to their clients. As a taxi driver, you can benefit from flexible working hours, uncapped earnings, and sustainable employment.
