We recommend familiarising yourself with the below information:

Your Commitment as a Learner

By enrolling on this course, you agreed to:

  • Participate in an initial induction and entry assessment to confirm your suitability for the course.
  • Work with your tutor
  • Engage fully with the course and take responsibility for completing all required assessment units and activities by the deadline.
  • Communicate with your tutor if you are struggling with deadlines or any issues arise.
  • Uphold the standards of Learning Curve Group and the awarding organisation.

Unacceptable Behaviour

You must not:

  • Refuse to work with Learning Curve Group staff or act in a way that disrupts others' learning.
  • Verbally or physically abuse staff or learners.
  • Attempt to impose your personal beliefs or values on others.
  • Demean or demoralise others or behave in a way that compromises safety.

Tutor Responsibilities

Your tutor will:

  • Provide ongoing support, feedback, and resources to extend your learning.
  • Encourage you to progress and complete the course successfully.
  • Provide feedback on how to improve your work, including spelling, grammar, and structure.
  • Submit your work for internal verification and moderate it as required.

Your Rights as a Learner

You have the right to:

  • Be treated fairly and respectfully by staff
  • Raise concerns or complaints in confidence.
  • Learn in a safe and supportive environment.
  • Appeal any assessment decisions you disagree with.

Plagiarism & Academic Dishonesty

Plagiarism is taken seriously and includes:

  • Copying text from sources without proper referencing.
  • Using ideas or content from others without credit.
  • Submitting another learner’s work.
  • Using AI-generated work without approval (this is considered plagiarism).
  • Submitting false data or impersonating another learner.

Dishonest conduct also includes bribery, collusion, and misuse of purchased materials.

Administration Fees

You should be aware of the following charges:

  • You have now enrolled and as outlined in your enrolment declaration, if you fail to complete the course, a £125 administration fee will be applied.
  • This fee covers the administrative costs incurred up to that point.
