We have announced a new partnership with gym chain Xercise4Less - offering 4 exceptional level 3 qualifications to develop the next generation of fitness professionals.
The partnership will see LCG deliver a number of fitness qualifications in Xercise4Less gyms across the country, including fitness instructing and personal training, instructing pilates matwork, exercise referral and sports massage therapy.
The partnership will also support Xercise4Less with their recruitment drives, as after completing the course, learners will be fully qualified to work in the gym.
Brenda McLeish, Chief Executive Officer at Learning Curve Group, said: “We’re delighted to announce this partnership with Xercise4Less which strengthens our position as one of the UK’s largest training providers. This partnership is particularly exciting as it allows us to deliver our fitness portfolio of qualifications nationally in local gyms.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming our first cohort of learners and inspiring the next generation of personal trainers. As the UK grows more and more health conscious and fitness trends are on the rise, there really is no better time to start a career in the health and fitness industry.”
Chris Richardson at Xercise4Less: “Our partnership with Learning Curve Group means we can offer members who are looking to become trainers or join the fitness industry a solution within our gyms.
“We’re hugely passionate about fitness, and the partnership seemed a good fit to inspire the next generation of fitness professionals by offering them training courses that can both kick off and enhance their career. The work that LCG does across the country is outstanding, and we’re proud to support that.”
The qualifications are nationally recognised, and accredited by ActiveIQ, the leading awarding organisation for the fitness and leisure sector. All of the courses are offered part time, in a local gym with funding available for all courses via a Government Advanced Learner Loan.
