As a national training provider, we provide Secondary Schools with various in-school programmes.

We have created a unique, exceptional provision called Alternative Academic Vocational Training (AAVT). The programme offers a comprehensive 360-degree approach to meeting individual students' needs.

  • Quality alternative provision with excellent outcomes
  • Therapeutic support for students
  • Support for disengaged students to help them succeed in school
  • Reduction in the number of permanent exclusions (PEX)
  • Decrease of low-level disruptions in school
  • Neurodiversity support
  • Delivery of GCSE qualifications alongside our vocational offering
  • Integrative counsellor offering therapeutic support

Within our Alternative Academic Vocational Training (AAVT) programme, we will use our vocational curriculum to support students. Students will receive at least one reflective session while in the provision. This will work on the following skills, empathy, honesty, resilience, respect and integrity.
