LCG are recruiting for a associate Internal Quality Advisor for the Access to HE Diploma in Health Professionals, are you motivated, proactive and have a desire to improve the quality of education? Are you able to taking ownership and carrying out all quality activities within the sector specific area and identify and carry out developmental activities for the wider skills as a wraparound service for delivery staff and operational mangers

Key Responsibilities

Prepare associate IQA SLA 2.2 HR Direction

The services that you will provide are as follows:
  • Plan a sampling approach based on company strategy
  • Moderation/ quality assure for allocated tutors/assessors and assigned courses
  • Provide information and support to allocated assessors/tutors to ensure they understand the Awarding Organisation Criteria.
  • Provide Learning Curve Group with accurate information and documentation to meet agreed deadlines relating to moderation activity including the updating of the sampling plan and records on our system
  • Plan and lead standardisation and training as required
  • Attending standardisation and CPD events to keep up to date with changes in legislation, funding and awarding body requirements and to share good practice

Essential Criteria
  • Understanding of the Education Inspection Framework
  • Clear understanding and experience of Access to He Diplomas
  • Detailed knowledge of Internal Quality Assurance 
  • Relevant teaching qualification 
  • Relevant Assessor Qualification
  • Relevant Internal Quality Assurance Qualification 
  • Vocational experience working in a Health Professional role for minimum of 2 years  
  • Experience of working in or assessing Access to HE Diplomas
  • Demonstrable experience of sharing practice and resources
  • Outstanding communication skills (interpersonal, written)
