Introduction

Joining Learning Curve Group as a Business Systems Trainer you will be required to deliver training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to use our key systems effectively. With experience of designing and delivering training, including training materials, related to technology and systems, you'll work out of head office but will be required to deliver training at any of our sites, as well as virtually.

DUTIES 
                                                                                                                                           
  • Develop and deliver high-quality technical and system learning across the business, from identifying needs, through to evaluation to confirm that the content, delivery and embedding was successful.
  • Provide training to system users to ensure they get the most out of the systems to support them in their job role.
  • Produce new training material and continually review existing materials, updating them as required.
  • Develop an induction training plan based on job role.
  • Identify training needs to create and maintain a yearly systems training calendar, planning both long and short term training objectives.
  • Play a key role in system implementation projects ensuring a training plan is in place to support the rollout and beyond.
  • Monitor feedback given on courses and make changes where appropriate.
  • Assist IT Support with user queries wherever possible.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Experience in delivering systems training, both face to face and online, to all levels of staff
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and an enthusiastic and positive approach to training.
  • Be fully proficient in MS Office and a user of Teams, ideally to deliver training.
  • Experience of developing engaging and interactive training materials to support delivery and for reference purposes.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with the ability to work under own initiative as well as within a team
  • Ability to travel to any of our Learning Curve sites
