Introduction

Who are we? Learning Curve Group are one of the UK’s most diverse training providers helping learners access life changing education and training opportunities. We truly believe our tutors can help transform our learner’s education journey by sharing positive experience during their working life in a specific working sector. For that reason, we want to speak with sector specialists across several areas who have a keen interest in entering the teaching world and join our Employability provision.

Key Responsibilities

Who is the team?
Our employability team generally work with adults who are further away from the employment market and support them in gaining a qualification but also boosting their confidence and other soft skills. Our LCG head office is based in County Durham, but our employability operates nationally!
If you are occupationally competent in either of the sectors, we want to hear from you -
  • Health and Social Care
  • Childcare
  • Security
  • Taxi
  • Construction
  • Warehousing
  • Arts & Crafts/Design
  • Supporting in schools

What happens next?
Learning Curve Group will organise for you to complete your L3 Award in Education & Training which will take 6 weeks and can be completed remotely. Once you have received your award, we will provide you with the support and resources to tutor your first cohort of learners in one of our wonderful community venues!
