Get an introduction to Retrofit within bricklaying and construction
Retrofit focuses on improving the energy efficiency of buildings through the introduction of new materials, products and technologies. The goal is to reduce energy consumption, make homes and workplaces easier to heat, and replace reliance on fossil fuels with renewable energy sources.
With rising energy costs becoming a major concern, more people are now looking for ways to make their homes more energy efficient. Retrofit plays a vital role in supporting this shift, helping households and businesses cut bills, lower carbon emissions, and move towards a more sustainable future.
With demand for energy-efficient homes and sustainable solutions on the rise, a career in retrofit offers long-term job security, specialist skills, and the opportunity to make a real impact on the future of housing.
