Course Overview
This qualification is designed to give learners the essential knowledge and understanding needed to work within the warehousing and storage sector. It develops the core skills and insight required to support progression into employment or advancement to higher-level roles in the industry.
It’s an ideal choice for individuals who are not currently in employment or are unable to access an Apprenticeship, offering a valuable first step into a career in warehousing and logistics.
Learners will build a strong foundation in the principles of warehousing and storage, exploring how goods are received, processed, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently. The qualification combines key industry knowledge with practical understanding to prepare learners for real workplace environments.

Eligibility
This course is government-funded, and you must meet the following criteria to be able to study for free:
- You must currently live in England
- You must be over the age of 19
