Apprenticeships for salons!

Apprenticeships can help to bring valuable skills to your salon with the various support from the government.

Long gone are the days of them just being for school leavers, apprenticeships are suitable for people at any level so you can hire someone new or upskill an existing employee.

We have a dedicated apprenticeship recruitment team who will work alongside your company, by using our resources it will help to generate interest via various strategies such as social media, online job boards, job fairs, schools and recruitment partners.

Our recruitment service will work closely with managers to make the recruitment process as hassle-free as possible.

What are the requirements for hiring a new apprentice?

  • be 16 or over

  • not already be in full time education

  • be living in England

You can also use an apprenticeship programme to upskill or retrain your existing workforce.

By doing this it can:

  • fill key skill gaps in your business

  • boost employee motivation by investing in their development

  • improve retention

Apprenticeships are designed by employers so they reflect the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours that your salon requires.

Take a look at the new Government incentive for recruiting a new apprentice.  You could receive up to £4k per apprentice, depending on their age.
